The demand for trade jobs are higher than ever, as older generations retire today’s youth aren’t filling
in the gaps leading to a continual shortage of recruits. Our series takes education to a new level
by interactively capturing the excitement behind learning a new craft to inspire our youth. With a reality show
spin, an everyday millennial host being guided through demonstrations and training. We reveal the good, honest
and dirty reality of what it means to be a tradesman, and the rewarding experience it holds. We know that
through education comes change, but let’s be honest learning isn’t always entertaining. Our goal is to
showcase our tradesman heroes and help create a new generation of workers to fill our ever growing demand.
